When considering active learning, there are many ways instructors can use mobile devices to encourage students to become invested in the learning process during class. Read below to find out more about each tool. | |
a | Backchanneling is a great way to have student interactive with a lecture or presentation. Students can comment or discuss in the background without interrupting the lesson. Many different sites exist to start a backchannel, including Twitter, TodaysMeet, and Neat Chat. d | QR codes are everywhere. Why not add them to your curriculum for student interaction? Insert a QR code into your presentation or within a handout.
