When considering collaboration, there are many ways instructors can use mobile devices to encourage students to collaborate during class or outside of class. Read below to find out more about each tool. | |
a | RealTimeBoard is a collaborative, online whiteboard, which allows users to insert files, write, type, and many other functions to create a board representative of the project, topic, or theme. Watch this introductory video for more information and then visit the site. |
b | Diigo is a social bookmarking site, which allows users to add website links and tag these links according to topic. Users can work together to create a list of sites and then use these resources for projects. Watch this introductory video for more information and then visit the site. |
c | MixedInk is a collaborative writing site, which allows users to work together to create a piece of writing. Users can vote on the best writing, and all collaboration is noted with user names and colors. Watch this introductory video for more information and then visit the site. |
