Blackboard Collaborate

Blackboard Collaborate is web conferencing software. You may use it for live lectures, presentations, guest speakers, office hours, remote students to attend face-to-face synchronous sessions etc. Access Blackboard Collaborate by clicking on the link in the menu of your Blackboard course. Watch the video below for a brief tour of Blackboard Collaborate. Note: You will need to schedule your sessions in Collaborate for students to join a session.

If you are using Blackboard Collaborate to host a guest speaker for your classroom or to broadcast from your classroom to remote students, you may check out a conference camera/mic from the ATLAS office or the Rogers Center to communicate with your remote guest or students.
